COVID-19 Response

Telehealth Services:

Return to Office Information -

**After polling each of our current clients to determine who might be interested in returning to in-person visits vs. those who would like to remain virtual for convenience purposes, most have chosen the convenience of virtual. To that end, we initially decided to begin seeing in-person clients again on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting in the first week of August. Unfortunately, as the Delta variant has increased in the region, and due to our current mask mandate for St. Louis City and County businesses, We will be delaying the return to office. I will send additional notice when this will change. Please know that anyone returning must be fully vaccinated, for at least two weeks, prior to an in-person visit. Please let me know your current interest level, but do not disclose your vaccination information when replying. I trust that each of my clients would only request in-person if fully vaccinated (or will soon be). Please understand that vaccination is how I have chosen to protect myself and others. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please do not hesitate to contact me for further discussion

If you are continuing with telehealth, please continue to use

the following link for the online portal:  Fill out the information needed, and hit the "Enter Waiting Room" button. VSee then will launch (you may be asked to download an app, especially if you are using a smartphone. However, most simply log in from their web browser. If needed, please use room code: posbydesign). You should be able to see yourself, after testing your camera and mic, indicating that you have successfully entered the room.
